A plain account of the information this site takes in, where it goes and how to get it removed.

This site exists so that a homeowner or a business in Greer and the surrounding towns in Greenville and Spartanburg counties can book a concrete estimate. To do that we need a small amount of information, and this page sets out exactly what it is. The estimate form asks for a name, a telephone number, a ZIP code, the type of concrete work chosen from a list, and an optional note. The phone line logs the number a caller dials from. Each call opens with a short recorded notice that the conversation may be recorded; the recording exists so that addresses, measurements and appointment windows are transcribed accurately for the estimator. Site traffic is counted by a cookieless analytics service that records page views without identifying the visitor, and no advertising pixel, tag manager or social-media tracker is installed.
The information serves four purposes: returning the call to arrange a site visit, briefing the estimator and the crew on the address, the access and the scope, invoicing the work once it is finished, and keeping a record of the job for insurance and bookkeeping. The estimator and the insured crew assigned to the job see the details. A permitting office sees them if a structural slab or a retaining wall requires a permit for the address. A property manager or builder sees them when the job is theirs. Nobody else receives them, and they are not sold, rented, exchanged or used to build a profile.
Retention
Job records are held for the period that tax rules and the insurance carrier require. Recordings of calls that do not turn into a booked estimate are deleted on a rolling schedule. Details for a job that was quoted but never scheduled are removed one year after the estimate date unless the customer asks for the quote to be kept open.
Requests
Write to the address at the top of this page to see what is held about you, to correct an error, or to have the record deleted. Deletion is completed within ten business days, except for invoices that bookkeeping law obliges the business to keep. Call recording can be declined by saying so at the start of the call; the call continues and notes are taken by hand instead. This site is written for adults arranging work on property they own or manage, and no information is knowingly collected from anyone under eighteen.
